Overview

Lists are incredibly powerful tools within Tailwind for displaying large amounts of data. Most all record types have an applicable list in the Vertical Menu which can be customized, filtered, and printed.

Powerful custom reports can be generated from Tailwind using searching, coupled with list customization and printing.

Customizing

• Columns can be added or removed by clicking the COL button in the bottom right corner of most lists
• Columns can be sorted by clicking a column heading
• Columns can be re-arranged by dragging a column heading to the desired location
• Column widths can be changed by clicking in the margin between two columns and dragging smaller or larger

Searching

Lists can be searched by either using the binoculars on the Horizontal Toolbar, or by using the quick search filters above some column headings.

Printing

Lists in CMS can be used to generate reports.

Adding or removing columns using the COL button affects not only their presentation on the list itself, but also on the printing of that list.

To print a list, choose File → Print or click the Print button in the Horizontal Toolbar. Options for output include:

• Fax
• Email
• Screen
• File
