HOWTO: Search for Templates

Overview

This article will demonstrate possible options for searching order templates.

Procedure

Option 1

1. Switch to 'Administration' on Vertical Menu.
2. Find 'Templates' and select it.
3. This list will show all active Templates currently in the system.
4. Use free form boxes at the top of the list to narrow the contents of the list to help you find the template that you are searching for.
5. Double click on the Template that you wish to see to see its contents.

Option 2 (Only applicable for Order Templates)

1. Open the 'Templates' form from the Horizontal Toolbar.
2. Enter the name of the customer that you are looking for.
3. This will list all of the templates for that customer.
4. You can open any of the templates by double clicking on the line item.
