Options vs Configuration
I don't agree with this options vs Configuration thing. The only thing that fits under configuration is "System Configuration", "Local Preferences". "ACE e-Manifest", "POD Scanning", and "Tailwind Fax" definitely don't fit there. They have system configuration options but so do almost every other module in the system. I can almost see the concept of having "Auto-Rating" there since it doesn't really have any other user-interface, but it's still a module in my opinion. I guess Andrew's thinking is that these modules are part of the base system now, but I don't agree with the title of "Configuration". Also, "CSA Program" is definitely not a service we provide. It is a collection of fields and reports in the system. Let's discuss all of this...
