Overview
Almost every list in Tailwind can be searched by clicking the Binoculars button in the Horizontal Toolbar.
Additionally, lists can be filtered by using the Quick Search fields available at the top of some columns.
Below is a list of common searches.
Personnel

Find All Logged-In Users
The search below will return all users currently logged into the system:
- Check the box for Show Online
Customers
Find Customers Who Have Not Booked a Load Since...
The search below will return all customers who have not booked a load since January 1st, 2007:
- Set No Loads Since to 1/1/2007
Find All Customers in a Given City
The search below will return all customers located in Vancouver, Canada:
- Set City / State to "Vancouver, BC"
Vendors
Find Vendors Operating in a Given City or State
The search below will return all vendors servicing Vancouver, BC with Reefers available:
- Check Reefer under Equipment Available
- Set Operating Prov/States to "Vancouver, BC"
Orders
Find All Orders for a Given Customer, Delivered to a Specific City
The search below will return all orders picked up for customer "Acme" and delivered in Vancouver, BC:
- Set Customer to "Acme"
- Set Order Type to All
- Set Destination to "Vancouver, BC"
Find All Orders to be Picked Up Out of a Given City
The search below will return all orders to be picked up out of "Vancouver, BC" between "November 10th, 2007" and "November 11th, 2007":
- Set Order Type to Live
- Set Origin to "Vancouver, BC"
- Set Pickup Date to "November 10th, 2007" through "November 11th, 2007"
Dispatches
Find All Loads Moved by a Given Trailer
The following search will return all dispatches in the system that used trailer "53T006":
- Set Trailer to "53T006"
- Set Dispatch Type to All
