Overview

Deposit records keep track of when, and to what account a check was deposited. Tracking deposits within Tailwind allows for printing of deposit and check received reports, and in a future release, transfer of deposit information to Quickbooks.

Deposit Records can be created and edited by way of the Deposits List. Alternatively, deposit information can be indicated while receiving a check through the Incoming Check Wizard. This is particularly useful when receiving electronic payment, or when checks are deposited on a scheduled or predictable basis.
