With mixed emotions, I announce July 31st as my last day here at Tailwind. Two and a half years serving as Client Support Manager and finally Operations Manager have put me in touch with many fantastic people, and I would like to thank all the customers and staff who have made this experience a positive and memorable one.

It is with great pride and confidence that I hand over our talented support and development teams to Raymond Tishenko, who comes aboard as the new General Manager. Raymond shares the same vision for Tailwind as I: a technology partner, providing valuable solutions backed by top quality customer service. Ray's skills and experience will allow Tailwind to push this vision to new heights, and it is with heavy heart that I will not be a part of it.
