A New Year, A New Website!

We've been working hard on revamping our site to better serve your needs. In this issue you'll find some key features you can immediately start using to your benefit.

We designed the new site with efficiency in mind. Click on My Support to login to your customized home page. Here you can access your account info, your tickets, and much more (keep reading to find out!).

Despite the difficult economy, Tailwind continues to grow based on the strength of our CMS software and our commitment to customer service. We look forward to another successful year and wish the same for you.

The fact that many of you know our entire support team by name is a good thing. We understand the frustration of dealing with automated switchboards, which is why we make sure you always have access to a live person if you ever need help.

However, there are times you call support and know what your issue is, or have already reported it, and would simply like a quick status update.

The "Tickets" feature allows you to do just that. Here you can bypass calling or emailing the support team and personally check on your issue, or easily enter a new one, getting it into the queue faster. Simply log in to view the issue you've submitted to see how we're progressing.

The Tickets feature is easy to use, so feel free to give us a call if you want us to walk you through this valuable tool.


We keep our ear to the ground for industry news, and now we have an easy way to share our knowledge. Log in to view the News page, which features our Support Blog, which keeps you up-to-date about changes to our internal processes and features in upcoming builds.

Also featured are current and archived newsletters, as well as press releases. If there are specific topics you'd like us to cover in detail, we welcome your ideas.

By now you've probably used Wikipedia to satisfy your curiousity on a variety of subjects. We've been impressed by the idea of Wikipedia and have created our very own Tailwind Wikipedia. Here you can:
